| This one-day workshop will provide specific strategies to develop your students’ fluency and broaden their vocabulary. With reading and writing lessons intermixed all day long, you’ll walk away with ideas for teaching the traits of word choice, voice and sentence fluency, along with specific ways to target vocabulary study and reading fluency. February 24, 2010 (Deadline to register is February 10, 2010). 9:00AM-3:00PM (doors open at 8;30AM). $125- NWIESC Members; $175 – Non-Members. Fee includes meals and materials. Location: NWIESC. 1 credit hour of graduate level credit will be provided (for an additional fee) |
